How should I store the ingredients from the sushi kit if I'm not using them right away?
Each of our ingredients comes with its own storage instructions. Typically, you’ll want to store the nori, sushi vinegar, sesame seeds, soy sauce, wasabi powder and uncooked rice in a cool, dry place. Any leftover cooked rice must be refrigerated and used after no more than a day or two. See product page or product for more information.
