Wasabi mayonnaise and mustard: Our wasabi mayonnaise and mustard are made with our own fresh wasabi, grown on our Dorset and Hampshire farms. Wonderfully moreish with the authentic flavour of real wasabi, these bring out the best of your Japanese or fusion dishes.

Yuzu mayonnaise, mustard and marmalade: The exotic flavour of Japanese citrus yuzu combines spectacularly well with traditional mayo and mustard, whilst the Yuzu Marmalade is a fresh take on traditional orange marmalade bursting with citrus zing.
Japanese spirits and drinks: Our ever-popular and newly expanded spirits range includes the fiery and pungent Wasabi Vodka, the herbal Shiso Gin and a zesty, original Yuzucello liqueur. We have also recently added our own tea collection, including Green & Purple Shiso Teas.
